01. BEFORE YOU POST
01.1 :: A search should be done to see if your questions have not been already posted. You have a FAQ section where you can find answers for general questions about board management.

02.1 TOPIC TITLES - Basic
02.1.1 :: When you post your question or your problem, you must use a title related to your problem/question. Words such as "Urgent", "SOS", "HEEELP!!!", "Question", "Problem", "Hurry" are not tolerated. Capitals should also be avoided.

02.2 TOPIC TITLES - Battlefield
:: This rule only refers on topic titles in Battlefield forum
02.2.1 ::All topic titles must be written in following pattern:
GRF vs YOUR_TEAM_NAME :: [dd-mm-yyyy]
example:
GRF vs YTM :: [01-12-2009]
Post details about the battle at least one week (7 days) before the actual battle!
When you finish all the details about the battle, make sure that you enter the date and hour of the battle in calendar section below the post!
Posts without Calendar notification will be deleted!

03. DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PROBLEM/QUESTION
03.1 :: When you ask a question, try to be clear and accurate about what you want to say. Don't hesitate to describe your problem. The more info you give, the better we can answer you.

04. COLORS AND CAPITALS
04.1 :: When you write your message, please don't abuse capitals (it means that you shout) or colors. Some colors are reserved for moderation and light colors are hard to read for visually impaired people.

05. FLOOD AND OFF-TOPIC
05.1 :: Flood must be avoided. One-word posts such like "lol", "rofl" or a single smiley must be avoided.
05.2 :: You must also avoid to post the same topic twice, it will not be faster for you to get a response.
05.3 :: As long as your topic is not in the second page of the support section, it is useless to up it. The minimum delay between two Ups is 24 hours, according to this board's default timezone (GMT +1).
05.4 :: If you make a mistake, please use the EDIT button at the bottom-right of your post, to avoid double-posting.

06. ADVERTISING
06.1 :: You may only promote your website once.
06.2 :: If you choose to post a link it should benefit everyone and must not be a site of the following categories:

:: :: Sites that require registration, subscription or a fee to access
:: :: Links within posts that links to a 3rd party in order to gain access the content (eg Link protectors).
06.3 :: Passwords that advertise other sites is allowed provided that they are required. If the passwords are not required the poster will be punished as a spamming member.
06.4 :: All topics with a never-ending plot will be locked after 500 replies. We do not want to spoil the fun however if the topic is locked and another similar topic with the same plot is posted again, the newly created topic will also be locked.
06.5 :: Excessive posting of similar messages to increase post count is not allowed.
06.6 :: You may not have links advertising other websites within your signature.

07. BEHAVIOR ON THE FORUM
07.1 :: Defamatory, racist, hateful, pornographic, illegal or insulting content must be avoided on this forum. You must respect the fact that people may have a different opinion than you. If you are in conflict with another member, please use PMs for that, this board is not an arena!
07.2 :: Please, be patient. It's useless to up your topic every 2 minutes (see the point "Flood and Off-topic"). Every member of this forum has a private life besides Forumotion, so they can't always respond immediately.
07.3 :: You must respect the moderators and administrators. They all work volontarily on this forum and they are human, not machines!
07.4 :: If you received advertising, pornographic content or insults by PM, you must send the whole copy (including the headers) to a moderator by PM. Posting it in a topic is useless and will only cause conflicts between you and the one who sent you the PM.
07.5 :: If you don't find your topic, it may have been moved to a more appropriate place. If you have a question, PM a moderator for that!

08. AVATAR, PROFILE AND GALLERY
08.1 :: Avatar dimensions : Your avatar's width must not exceed 150 pixels and its height must not exceed 200 pîxels. These limits are here to avoid scrolling for people who have a low screen resolution. You must also respect the limit of weight which is fixed to 64 KB. There are still people who have a low-speed connection, and heavy pictures take time to load for them.
08.2 :: Your avatar is not an advertising banner, so avatars with your forum URL must be avoided.
08.3 :: Sexually oriented and gore avatars must be avoided
08.4 :: Your "Age/S" field is not an advertising space, so forum URL must be avoided.
08.5 :: We have a large number of avatars in our avatar gallery, they are so many to choose from to suit large variety of people. You can find it in your profile page once you register.
:: We offer you free image hosting, which can allow you to easily upload and store images on the Internet in order to post it on a forum, a site, a blog or simply to share them with other people.
:: grfteam.forumotion enables you to have — free of charge — an image and photo gallery. You can organize them in categories and albums. You can even set viewing permission on selected albums. A variety of tools are available in order to edit images (rotation, sepia tone, black and white, blur…) and a slideshow option is available to all viewers.
:: When you compose a message, you can, at any time, open a window to quickly and easily upload images that you want to share.

09. POSSIBLE SANCTIONS
09.1 :: If you made advertising by PM, you may see your PM mailbox disabled for a determined period
09.2 :: If your avatar doesn't respect the rules and you ignore the moderator's request to have it changed, the Administrator may forbid you from displaying an Avatar.
09.3 :: Advertising for money-related stuff = Immediate ban
09.4 :: Ignoring the moderators' warnings and continuing to not respect the rules, insulting people and trolling may result to a simple ban from this forum, an Forumotion-wide ban or a ban forum deleted, according to the gravity of the member's fault.
